We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Department Head – Mathematics to join our team. This role is instrumental in shaping the Math curriculum and fostering excellence in teaching from Grades 4 through 12. The successful candidate will be an innovative educator with a deep commitment to Christian education and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach courses within the Math department and provide live video lessons.
- Write and develop engaging, high-quality lesson content.
- Oversee and support teachers within the Math department.
- Organize and lead a math club and other student community activities.
- Offer live math help sessions to support student learning.
- Ensure the overall quality of teaching and learning in the department.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
- Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Teachers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching in traditional classroom and/or online environments.

At Christian Virtual School, Content Writers and Developers are responsible for working on a range of development projects and initiatives. Currently, we are seeking writers who are passionate about bringing a Christian perspective to the Ontario curriculum. As a Content Writer you would work as a part of a team to write and/or develop and design course content that teaches students various subject while integrating a Christ-centered worldview.
