Sarah McKercher — Principal & Executive Director
As the founder and Executive Director, Sarah develops policies and procedures, collaborates with the Board of Directors, and provides support across all departments. Her visionary leadership has been instrumental in shaping the school’s mission and values. Outside of work you’ll find Sarah at home with her husband and two daughters tending to her veggie gardens in the summer or reading throughout the winter.
Hannah Kwasniewski — Head of Administration
If you’ve attended an open house, called the school, or attended a tour, you’ve already met Hannah. Hannah serves as the first point of contact for general inquiries, admission, enrollments, and final exams. Internally she acts as helpdesk and study hall monitor for students, as well as handles the program implementation for the secondary level. Her organizational skills and warm demeanor ensure that families receive the support they need throughout their educational journey. At home, Hannah enjoys keeping up with her 60+ houseplants and working on her new home.
Jenna Drennan — Head of Guidance
Jenna assists students with course selection, Reach Ahead programs, accommodations, equivalency credits, and student records. Her compassionate and knowledgeable approach helps students navigate their academic paths with confidence. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering in her community.
T’Miika Sjaarda — Head of Elementary
T’Miika oversees the elementary grades, handling enrollments, reports, teacher coordination and program implementation for Grades 4-8. Her dedication ensures that young learners receive a solid foundation in both academics and faith. When she’s not working, T’Miika loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their young kids, especially while they’re tackling renovations on their family farmhouse.
