Whether your child is eager to dive into high school courses or enhance their academic profile, the Reach Ahead program is designed to meet their needs.
What is the Reach Ahead Program?
The Reach Ahead program at Christian Virtual School allows students in their Grade 8 year or in the summer before Grade 9 to enroll in high school courses. This initiative is aimed at motivated students who are ready to challenge themselves and advance their education. By participating in this program, students can earn a credit that will count towards their Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
What are the Benefits of Enrolling in the Reach Ahead Program During the Summer?
Accelerated Learning: Christian Virtual School enables students to complete courses at their own pace, and the Reach Ahead program further enables students to move ahead in their academic journey, gaining knowledge and skills that will prepare them for more advanced coursework in the future.
Flexibility: Summer courses at Christian Virtual School are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing students to balance their studies with other summer activities.
Skill Development: Enrolling in the Reach Ahead program helps students develop their critical thinking, time management, and self-discipline skills. These skills are not only beneficial for academic success but are also valuable for personal growth and future endeavors.
