As a parent of a Christian Virtual School (CVS) student, you are recognized as a member of our charitable organization. This membership grants you the opportunity to have a voice in shaping the operations and future of our school community. We warmly invite you to contribute to this important role by attending our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is being held February 5, 2025, at 7:00 pm EST. 

The AGM is not just a meeting—it’s a chance to actively participate in your child’s education, connect with other parents, and contribute to the vision and mission of CVS. 

What to Expect 

At this year’s AGM, we will: 

  • Present the school’s financial performance over the last year with the goal of providing attendees with a comprehensive understanding of our financial standing and demonstrate how your support contributes to the growth and development of our school. 
  • Share feedback gathered from parents, students, and staff this year to highlight achievements and areas for growth. 
  • Discuss our goals and priorities for the next academic year, including improvements to curriculum, resources, and community engagement. 
  • Conduct elections for the Board of Directors, where voting members have a say in selecting the leadership that will guide CVS into the future. 

This meeting is an important event for our school each year, and your input is essential to ensuring we continue to provide an enriching, Christ-centered education for all students.
